Jai trained for three years in musical theatre. Her performing experience includes Cats (UK Tour, Lisbon: Swing, Demeter, Bombalurina, Jennyanydots, Tantamile and Cassandra), Fame (Original UK Tour: Carmen Diaz) and We Will Rock You (Dominion Theatre), Victory (Donmar Warehouse), Greg Lake In Concert (UK Tour), The Bet Workshop (Criterion Theatre) playing Jenna, A Night at the Musicals (UK Tour), Arcadia and Aurora seasons with P & O Cruises. She has worked extensively in cabaret, gigs and recording sessions as lead vocalist and backing singer, singing anything from Gilbert & Sullivan to rock!

TV and other work includes Noel’s Telly Years (BBC), Capital Gold Legends Awards (Sky), 12 Days of Xmas (CITV), Dirty Fan Mail (C4), Rugby World Cup Opening, F1 Jordan launch (Palladium), Sky Strikers (Sky), Greg Lake in Concert (DVD) and Welcome backstage (DVD)

Jai has taught all aspects of the industry over a span of 15 years, teaching courses and workshops at several vocational colleges. She currently teaches voice, performance and repertoire on the Musical Theatre course at the Arts Educational School in Tring. She also teaches privately at her studio in Honor Oak park.

Jai decided to develop her knowledge of the voice in 2005 and has been studying it ever since. She is delighted to have found Estill and to be able to teach vocal versatility without compromising vocal health.
