ABOUT | ||||||||
Ross Anderson (CMT)![]() Ross was born in Newtownards in Co. Down and attended Regent House Grammar School. While there he was convinced he was going to become a barrister, a doctor or a chemical engineer. However, he soon realised this was a silly idea and, having completed a degree in drama at Queen’s Universty Belfast he became a theatre practitioner. Since graduating with 1st class honours he has worked with most of Northern Ireland’s leading theatre companies as a workshop facilitator, director and voice teacher. He currently works closely with Bruiser Theatre Company’s artistic director Lisa May both as a voice teacher for her professional output and as a director and teacher for Bruiser’s professional development physical theatre schools. Ross was introduced to Estill Voice Training in late 2005 and has been using it personally and professionally ever since, whether it be in his private studio, with actors or singers. When he is not doing any of the above or running his own theatre as education company Nor Nothin’ or directing Northern Ireland LGBT singers Quire he can be found trying to learn Spanish and enjoying the craic.
