You can retake any part of the CMT examination. The only restriction is that if you are unsuccessful after three attempts, which must be within a six month period, you have to wait a year before trying again.

Resits for Voiceprint examinations or Phase Two exams need to be taken at pre-scheduled Certification Testing dates. Resits for the written test can be scheduled at any convenient time.
