Motherwell College Musical Theatre Repertory Season 2010

Motherwell College, a Reeve & Møller Affiliate School, BA Honours Musical Theatre Repertory Season this year features Elegies For Angels, Punks and Raging Queens and Edges: A Song Cycle.

  • Elegies For Angels, Punks and Raging Queens by Bill Russell, music by Janet Hood. A celebration of lives lost to AIDS told in inspiring free-verse monologues with a powerful blues, jazz and rock score. Motherwell College Drama Studio: Monday 3, Tuesday 4 and Saturday 8 May 2010 at 19:30. East Kilbride Arts Centre: Wednesday 12 to Friday 14 May 2010 at 19:30. Tickets: £8.50 and £6.50.
  • Edges: A Song Cycle by Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. A song cycle about coming of age, growth, and self discovery. Motherwell College Drama Studio: Wednesday 5 to Friday 7 May 2010 at 19:30. East Kilbride Arts Centre: Monday 10, Tuesday 11 and Saturday 15 May 2010 at 19:30.

Motherwell College Musical Theatre Repertory Season 2010

The curriculum leader for the BA Honours Musical Theatre course at Motherwell College is Gillian Archibald, a Certified Master Teacher of Estill Voice Training who trained with Reeve & Møller. Motherwell College is an Estill Voice Training Educational Affiliate and, as part of the programme of study, students will have the opportunity to complete Level One and Level Two of the Estill Voice Training System.
